Q: What are the White,Green and Blue seats on the seating charts?
A: When a show goes on sale Orchestra and Mezzanine seats are designated "White" for sale on this site only.
Blue seats are available at Ticketmaster.Green seats are sold.

Q: Are there fees associated with my tickets?
A: No.We do not charge any fees for tickets purchased on this site or by phone.

Q: Can I pick specific seats online?
A: When ordering on this site you can select a section (Center Orchestra,Left or Right Orchestra,Front Mezzanine, etc.) but not a specific seat. 
Let us know about special requests (aisle,middle etc) in the "Write Note to Seller" section on the check out page.
Our staff will fill your request or pick best available white seats.
If your request is not available,we will contact you with seating options.
White seats can be purchased by BY PHONE at (336) 830-5813.However,phone hours are limited and response time may be up to 1 day.

Q: How do I get my tickets?

A: Tickets purchased  (10) days prior to the show will be mailed.. Purchases within (10) days will be held at “Will Call.” 

Q: What and where is Will Call?

A: Will Call is a Box Office window in the lobby.Please bring your e-mail confirmation or photo ID.

Q: Can I buy tickets in person?
A: Tickets for all shows are available at the Winston Salem Fairgrounds Box Office Annex (skating rink building) 444 Deacon Blvd Winston Salem  Mon-Sat 10-5 and at Reynolds Auditorium after 6PM the night of show only.

Q:Are my tickets refundable?
A: All sales are final.In the event of show cancellation your money will be refunded within (30) days.
